I decided to set up Life's Work after many years working within Human Resources and delivering Life Coaching.  I have dealt with various scenarios including helping people with getting into the workplace, improving their daily experience at work and helping people plan for life after work.  The following are some examples of those scenarios:

A college leaver just about to embark on a chosen career

A pregnant employee who is unsure about her rights before, during and after maternity leave

A mother who was trying to juggle children and a job

A person who wanted to work from home whilst caring for children and elderly parents

An employee who had been put "At Risk" of redundancy

An employee who had been invited to attend a Disciplinary or Grievance hearing at work and needed support

A friends daughter desperate to join British Airways and unsure of how to make the best impression at interview

Thinking about becoming self employed and unsure of how to go about it

Contemplating retirement and afraid of the making the wrong decision

Life's Work can advise and support you through any situation you may find yourself in.
